Standard Operating Procedures and Manuals • Advising on the drafting and updating of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), leveraging best practices to enhance operational efficiency. • Assisting in the design and revision of accounting manuals to align with organizational and regulatory requirements. • Developing and updating employee manuals/handbooks with a strong emphasis on regulatory compliance and adherence to industry best practices.
Risk and Internal Control Frameworks • Providing advisory services on the Risk Control Matrix (RCM), including review, testing, and analysis tailored to the company’s Internal Financial Control over Financial Reporting (IFCOR) requirements. • Assisting in the development, enhancement, and assessment of accounting systems and policies to ensure compliance with evolving laws and Accounting GAAPs. • Advising on the improvement and implementation of internal controls, ensuring conformity with the organization’s Delegation of Authority (DOA) and applicable laws for effective control and risk mitigation.
Training and Capacity Building • Designing and implementing client-specific training programs to regularly enhance the skills and knowledge of finance and accounting teams. • Providing assistance in defining parameters for finance and accounting (F&A) HR searches, creating effective job profiles, and supporting the screening of potential candidates.
Strategic and Operational Support • Conducting due diligence reviews (DDR) and preparing feasibility studies and project reports to evaluate financing options and investment opportunities. • Offering assistance and advice on the drafting and review of legal agreements, Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs), legal documentation, deeds, and assignments. • Managing specific review assignments as required by client management.
Diversity, Inclusion, and Compliance Training • Conducting training sessions and workshops on diversity and inclusion, assisting clients in fostering inclusive and safe workplaces, with a particular focus on compliance with Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH) Policies.
Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Strategy and Compliance • Conducting CSR reviews and audits to help clients develop effective CSR strategies that align with their core values. • Assisting in the preparation of reports, stakeholder engagement, and feedback mechanisms for CSR initiatives. • Carrying out compliance and impact assessments of CSR initiatives to ensure alignment with statutory and organizational goals.
